Youthful Skin
To keep the old age at bay is indeed the secret of staying young and protecting oneself from aging. Everyone adores youth. As one grows old, the skin loses its sheen and becomes dry and lines and wrinkles appear on the face. However, these changes can be deferred to a maximum extent by following healthy habits like good food, regular physical exercise, yoga, etc. These can postpone the process of growing old.
An individual who indulges in brooding over the past, worrying too much, depression, anxiety, loneliness, and other negative emotions leading to unhappiness also tends to age early. They look older than their stated age. Despite these unwelcome occurrences, there is a ray of hope to stay young.

The other precautions to be taken to avoid damage to the skin are protecting the skin from direct exposure to sun as it contains UV rays that damage and tan the skin. One should also use a sunscreen lotion available in the market or you can also use a homemade sunscreen lotion depending on your preferences. Give up excess use of coffee, tea, alcohol, and avoid smoking.
The loss of collagen in the dermis leads to skin damage. Vitamin C can be taken to avoid loss of collagen in the body. For adequate production of collagen body needs vitamin A in addition to vitamin C. Use of distilled water or mineral water to wash your face will also be helpful in maintaining a healthy skin. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Drinking in small sips after every 5 minutes would make it easier to consume the total 10 glasses a day rather than a whole glass of water at a time. Regular physical exercise for at least 20 minutes a day will help in good blood circulation.
Hence a youthful skin means a youthful you.
