Schedule of your bodybuilding training
You should begin with warm up exercises which prepare the muscles for harder exercises. Start with small weights and gradually increase them. This allows the body to adjust and build strength for strenuous workouts. Your bodybuilding training should ideally last 60 minutes. This keeps the body away from fatigues and also allows to burn fat in a quicker manner. Do not take rests in between sets for more than 70-80 seconds or the body will start to cool itself. Keep on changing the pattern of exercises every few days to concentrate on separate set of muscles and also to avoid monotony. Your bodybuilding training should be a 5 times a week affair with 2 days rest. This allows the muscles to rest and get repaired.
Your bodybuilding training and your diet
Remember that your bodybuilding training consists of strenuous exercises and you put in a lot of effort doing them. A lot of body nutrients are used up in your body building training. You want to build up your muscles, and this requires supplements such as proteins and fresh fruit juices to be taken while your bodybuilding training is under way. Proteins are the muscles builders and taking them in the form of bars, powders or solid food will do your muscles a world of good. Do not forget to consult your trainer before going for proteins. He will let you know exactly how much and which form is good for you. Avoiding junk food like pastries, pizzas, burgers and cold drinks during your body building training is advised by the experts.
