    Ways to Deal with hot flash during menopause

    Menopause is the most difficult period in a women’s life which comes along with various symptoms. Hot Flash is the most uncomfortable symptoms that women complain about during menopause. The cause of hot flash is unclear but, the hormonal change that involves during or after menopause is thought to be responsible for this symptom.

    Hot flash is typically experienced by an intense feeling of heat with too much of sweating and rapid heartbeat. Some women have this problem very frequently whereas, for some it appears after many years or sometimes very mild.

    Change in your life style may help reduce the severity of hot flash when they happen to you. By sleeping in a cool room you can ease your hot flash and night sweat.  There are also many other ways that can help you feel better during hot flash. Whenever you feel that hot flash is coming try to drink a glass of cold water. Avoid smoking. You can also do some exercises to improve your lifestyle and it might help you while hot flash. Relaxation breathing is the best exercise, where you just need to breathe in deeply and breathe out at an even pace. This exercise will help you to have a relaxed sleep at night.

    Acupuncture is a very popular and promising treatment that can treat hot flash during menopause. It is a natural remedy and does not have any side effect. Black cohosh is a popular herd that is used for the treatment of hot flash. This herb reduces the level of hormone in your body and thus, reducing hot flash. Some experts also suggest soy as a hot flash reducing agent. Tofu, soy milk, whole soybean and soy powder are some of them which should be added to your diet to reduce the problem of hot flash during menopause.

    It also helps in reducing other symptoms that occur during this period. Motherwort has also been found to lessen the severity, frequency and duration of hot flash. For best results you should use this medicine for at least three months. Essential oil may also ease hot flash when inhaled. It can also be used in bath or can be mixed with massage oil for use.
