There should be a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables included in the diet as this will help to wash away the toxins from the body. One should have at least eight to ten glasses of water everyday. One needs to do at least half an hour of exercise everyday. If you cannot hit the gym everyday then indulge in swimming or some other sports activity.
