Use Anti Aging Diets to Eat Right and Age Well0 comments

depressiondietThere is no denying the fact that everyone has to grow old in this life and each of us would like to do that gracefully. One of the most remarkable features of the human body is that it can repair itself if there is a proper nutrition given to it in the right amount. Every skin problem that can add those years to your face can be avoided by having the right kind of food that will help the cell to maintain its proper functioning. You would be surprised but a good diet will even keep even those wrinkles from appearing on your skin.

One has to understand first that how does the process of anti aging work? The cells can die and replace themselves at various intervals. There are various options available to that cell and anti aging depend on the fact that which cells have replaced the dead cells, whether with the weaker cells or the stronger ones. A cell can replace itself with a weaker cell at times. This process is termed as degeneration and this mostly occurs when there is a lack of nutritional food available to the cell.

In the other process the dead cell replaces itself with a cell of the same strength thus, not helping the body or making it stronger. In the last process the cell is replaced by a stronger cell, this can commonly happen with the right amount of food and raw materials. This process has been termed as anti aging and is also known as regeneration.

A good anti aging diet will help in the supply of proper nutrition to the new cells that will be much stronger than the dead cells.  The anti ageing diet involves eating less and exercising more. The diet does not include any space for high calorie junk foods. There are some vegetarians who believe that leaving animal fat can have a positive effect on the anti aging process.

There are a variety of foods that can help facilitate the process of degeneration and there are foods. These food items help in the appearance of wrinkles and age spots sooner on the face.  These are a variety of food that can cause degeneration and aging most of these include sugar, milk, cheese, caffeine, chocolate, cigarettes, white flour, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, monosodium glucomate. You would be surprised to know that margarine; vegetable oil, canola oil, hydrogenated oil and cottonseed oil are also food that can lead to degeneration. It is suggested that one should use oil that is not cold pressed.

Deep fried foods have never been good for the body and it is not a surprise that it can lead to degeneration making the skin look older. Oysters and food with high levels of mercury such as tuna are also does not help the skin much. Genetically modified food is a complete no if you want to get rid of those wrinkles from your face.

On the other hand regeneration foods are those that can facilitate the anti aging process. These include food items like raw nuts and seeds, almonds, fresh fruits and vegetables, brow rice specially that is soaked in for about 22 hours as this helps in making it alkaline. It is believed that anything alkaline can help in the process of regeneration this includes yogurt.

Goji juice is known to be one of the best foods for anti aging. Seaweed, wheat grass juice, Aloe Vera and barley greens are also very beneficial for the skin. Antioxidants like Vitamin C, E are also useful. This when done with a moderate exercise regime and a good right hours sleep can do wonders to your skin.

Water is very beneficial for the body. It is suggested that the best water that has anti aging properties is the one that has been filtered by reverse osmosis.
