Everyone likes to look young. This is the reason why legends of almost every culture have something to do with anti-ageing potions that help one preserve one’s eternal youth. You do not need to go in for anti-ageing creams and the many purse-pinching products that are out in the market, which will work only conditionally. The following tips on how to look younger and more beautiful will help you in this regard.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Water helps flush out toxins from your body and purifies your system. Also, water is the best moisturiser – it moisturises your skin from within, keeping it supple, fresh and young.

Avoid excessive exposure to the rays of the sun. The sun’s rays, while beneficial to a certain extent, can accelerate the signs of ageing. Therefore, avoid excess exposure by using a good sunscreen when stepping out, or by avoiding soaking in direct sunlight especially at mid day.

Add a lot of fruits and vegetables into your diet. A balanced diet will keep your fit, and will keep your skin glowing.

Get rid of excess weight. Do not go on a crash diet, but rather, work those excess pounds away. Toning your body will help it look fit and young.

Get a new makeover. You do not have to try to look old just because the years are going by. Remember that age is just a number, and you are as young as you feel.
