Tips to Get Luscious Lips
Putting the right shade of lipstick can enhance your mouth and lips which can give you just the look you need. Applying lipstick correctly will help define your lips. All you need to do is select the shade that matches your skin tone and the clothes that you are wearing.
Applying lipstick is a bit of an art and to create the perfect look you will need a chap stick, a lip defining pencil, lip gloss as well as a lip brush. The first step in getting beautiful lips is to apply a layer of Chap Stick to moisten your lips.
Next select a lip liner that matches your lipstick and create an outline on your lips. Next use a lip brush and dab it in to a wet lipstick and spread it evenly on the lips. Do not go out of the lip line. Lastly apply lip gloss for a shine.
You can use the lip liner to change the shape of your lips. If you have thin lips and you want to add volume to them, simply apply the lip liner a bit away from the outer edge of your lips and apply the lipstick till there. This will make your lips appear thick.
If you already have thick lips and would like to tone them down, then add a concealer to the outer part of the lip that you want to cover and then apply the liner. Use a matte shade of lipstick and avoid using the lip gloss to create the correct look.
If you find that every time you apply lipstick the colour of both your lips look different, then all you need to do is first apply foundation on your lips and then apply the lipstick.
If your upper lip is thinner than your lower lip then apply the lip liner away from the upper lip and on the actual edge of the lower lip. Use a bit more lipstick on the upper lip and your lips will look more defined and natural.
After you have finished applying the lipstick press your lips on to a tissue to remove any excess lipstick. This will give your lips a soft look.
