    Losing weight is a burning issue with obesity being on rise. Different factors contribute to excess weight, it can be due to  genetic predisposition, sedentary life style or faulty eating habits. Obesity is a risk factor for diabetes, heart problem, blood pressure etc.Hitting the gym can be an option for some, while some prefer brisk walk to get back in shape and some others tend to cut down the extra fat through dieting.Whatever may be the methods, the goal is to gain ideal weight.

    The malls and super markets are lined up with food products to target the weight conscious individuals. An easy and simple way to shed extra fat is through the exotic   wonderful spices.  Spices are great for seasoning the curry, enhance the flavor and to give rich color.

    Cinnamon boosts the metabolism; research has shown that it helps to balance the blood sugar level. This factor can help to reduce the belly fat, since abdomen is the main area of fat accumulation in insulin imbalance. Sprucing up your foods with cinnamon can tone your abs.

    Cayenne peppers a health boosting spice;  helps you to lose  weight. It is one of the best spices bestowed with many health benefits. Research has shown that it reduces the appetite and you tend to eat lesser food and also it targets the belly fat.

    It is good to control high blood pressure, to get rid of triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, can prevent heart attacks, destroy cancer cells etc. It is known as the king of herbs.

    Cumin is another spice that helps you to lose weight and which has multiple health benefits. It is known as herbal cleanser, it detoxifies your system. It can heal urinary tract infection. It gives relief from flatulence, morning sickness, insomnia etc. You can make cumin tea or use it to spice your food.

    Turmeric is beneficial to lose weight. Research carried out shows its efficacy to shed weight. Like other spices turmeric has a functional role in targeting many health problems.

    You can boost up your metabolism to a great extent with spices; you can have curry which is a mixture of many spices. It can definitely polish your silhouette. Each spice working its way to cut your flab and endowing you with other health benefits .You will look healthier with a slim figure and toned body.
