    Sassy Water to Flatten Your Belly

    Cynthia Sass is credited with the recipe of Sassy water. This water has special ingredients that help fight belly fat. Sassy water has been proven to cut five inches and help lose seven pounds in a matter of just four days. Water is the elixir of life. Mix a few other ingredients in it and you will have the recipe for losing unwanted belly fat.

    Making Sassy water at home is easy. You will require water, fresh ginger, cucumber, fresh mint leaves and lemon.Pour 8.5 cups of water in a big pitcher. Ensure that you are using only pure filtered water. If you do not have a filter buy packaged drinking water.

    Take a lemon and clean it properly. Now slice the lemon in very thin pieces without removing its peel. Drop these thinly sliced lemon pieces in the pitcher of water. You do not have to squeeze the juice from the lemon.

    Peel a cucumber and slice it thinly. Add the cucumber pieces in the water.

    Wash 8-12 mint leaves thoroughly and add these in the pitcher of water as well.Take a medium sized piece of ginger. Peel the skin and finely grate the ginger. You should have about one teaspoon of fresh ginger. Do not use powdered and dry ginger. Add the ginger to the water.

    Mix all the ingredients in the water. Lid the pitcher and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Your sassy water is ready. Next day instead of your regular water drink chilled Sassy water throughout the day. To see the results at the end of four days you will have to finish the entire pitcher before going to bed each day.

    You can even strain the water in the morning to get rid of the residual taste of ingredients added in water.Drinking eight glasses of water every day is known to help with weight loss.

    Adding minerals rich ingredients in the water helps to fasten the weight loss process. Plain, regular water can be boring to drink and this might interfere with your weight loss plan. Sassy water adds that missing zing to your water while also taking care of your gastro-intestinal tract.You will have to prepare a fresh batch of Sassy water each night for the next four days.
