    Reverse the Age Clock through Your Eating Habits

    eating habit for youngYou may have heard of cosmetic surgery or salon therapy being used to remove signs of aging. But have you ever heard that by adopting a good eating habit you can prevent wrinkles and win the battle against aging. When you adopt a healthy fiber rich diet with different kinds of natural foods, you may not stop the aging process completely, but you can undoubtedly slow the aging process and look younger for a longer period of time.

    Human skin ages due to the process of oxidation. We have seen many a times that when we cut an apple and leave it in the open air for longer period, it turns brown due to oxidation. Same process of oxidation takes place in human body, when we go on breathing after every few seconds. This process gives rise to free radicals which damages the healthy cells and as a result the condition of the skin deteriorates.

    Way to prevent negative effects of oxidation

    Negative effects of oxidation can be prevented by taking enough antioxidants. There are so many fruits and vegetables that are loaded with high level of antioxidants. To prevent wrinkles, we should eat tomatoes, carrot, which are a great source of vitamin A; oranges, kiwi, lemon, broccoli that provides vitamin C; seeds, nuts, fish and fish oil that contain vitamin E.

    In order to reverse the aging process, you will have to keep on hydrating your body very well. Go on drinking water, not less than 10 glasses a day.

    Besides this, drink few cups of green tea. Drink milk and eat dairy products like cheese, butter etc. as well. Your meals should contain all green leafy vegetables and colored vegetables and lots of fruit, particularly berries – blue berries, black berries, raspberries, strawberries and all seasonal fruits like pineapple, guava, avocados etc. If you are unable to consume that much fruit and vegetables, take them in the form of juice and soup.

    A healthy diet will help you to stay young and fit.
