It is a good bond that is created for old age as well and you have someone to depend on. You add to your family and are cared for by a lot more people.
A honeymoon is something that is done mostly after a marriage and it is definitely something to look forward to. You have babies together and think of your family as a whole and also make adjustments to make your marriage work. When you have a live in relationship you can very easily walkout on your partner. It is not that easy in marriage. The options of counseling is available and the whole family helps you to stay together. Divorce is not very easy to get. It is a difficult and lengthy process.
When you wed you do all the necessary things like having a bachelor party and having a hen night. You buy a wedding dress and organize your party only if you are getting married. Married couples have more respect for each other and also get more respect from their kids. You write your wedding vows only when you are getting married and marriage is a unique experience and happens mostly once in a persons life.
So marriage though it comes with its share of problems is definitely good to get in to. You are known to everyone as a couple who has made changes to make the marriage work.
