So, you must drink at least 8-9 glasses of water daily. You should also increase your intake of juicy and liquid beverages. Coconut water is also a healthy option. Fruit juice and soups can also be taken in place of water. It is not necessary that you take juices from market as you can easily prepare them at home. Eating fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetable is also a healthy option. Before going out in sunlight, one must drink at least 2 glasses of water as it can save you from dehydration. Also, for avoiding dehydration, you can use umbrella before going in sun.
Face masks are also healthy options for those who are having dehydrating skin as healthy and natural face masks are useful for hydration of skin. For preparing masks, you need some clay, milk cream, coconut water, cucumber juice, coconut oil and paste prepared from rose petals. Now, collect all the things and mix them well to make a fine paste. Apply the resultant paste over your face, hands, arms, neck and other dehydrated skin. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash it with Luke warm water.
For hydrating lips, you can apply butter over your lips and leave it whole night. It will moisturize your lips and make them look beautiful and attractive.
Avoidable Things- Alcoholic beverages and smoking should be avoided. Excess intake of coffee and tea should be replaced with lime juice. Spicy and salty food should be avoided.
