Don’ts: Alcohol is a big no at the time of pregnancy as it harms that little angel who is waiting to see the world. Sea food should be given up by would be mama. Mother should allow herself extra time to get ready for work. Rushing around can contribute to nausea. Raw, uncooked or undercooked food should not be eaten by the mom. If the mom is having any kind of tension then it should be removed as soon as possible. To remove it would be mom can take help of good books, soothing music and anything that can keep her happy.
