You can make a face pack by mixing bran, baking soda and water. Make these ingredients into a paste and apply this on the face. Let it stay for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off with a solution of cider vinegar mixed with water. The ratio has to be 1:8.
Garlic can also be a very effective anti oxidant. You have to peel around eight cloves of garlic and mash it. Then apply it on the face. Let it stay for about 15 minutes and then wash it with a warm towel. The final rinse can be made with vinegar, which is an excellent pH balancer.
You can make some toners as well that can help in retaining the pH balance of the skin this includes the pulp or juice of cucumber, which helps to balance the oil in the body.
An egg white toner is very effective for oily skin. You just have to apply raw eggs on the skin and leave it for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off with water. One has to remember that before applying the eggs the face has to be cleaned preferably with a natural cleanser.
