    In case you are suffering from “depression” you should better see a doctor or therapist in the beginning. Your doctor may prescribe some exercise apart from treatment.

    Initially you may find it difficult to perform exercise but with the regularity your body will become habituated to it. Once you start performing exercise you will realize yourself to be gradually overcoming negative thoughts and pessimism.

    Exercise can be helpful in relieving stress and overcoming frustration.

    You can get opportunity for interaction with others at gym because of exercise.

    Consult your therapist or doctor in the beginning so that you can get better idea for setting up an appropriate and suitable exercise program.

    Instead of considering exercise as training for Olympics make it as fun-filled activity so that you can feel better and happy.

    Initially go ahead with the activity that had previously been enjoyable and comfortable for you. Some people can enjoy walking.

    You can find exercise more enjoyable and easy going if you do it along with your friend.

    So go for exercise along with your workout buddy to make your exercise regimen exciting.

    Go out in the fresh, clean and hygienic surrounding so that you can breathe a fresh air that in turn can improve your mood besides making you feel lively and energetic. Even while working out in a gym, take short breaks for walking outside under fresh air.
