skintonerToday in present generation, every body wants to look younger than their age to follow celebrities and our new generation. This has created a craze amongst people to buy skin care creams, moisturizers, lotions, cosmetics and anti ageing creams to improve their appearance and look younger. Hundreds or even thousands of skin care products are nowadays available that are not very effective for the skin. The best thing you can do is choose a good day cream and a night cream to make your skin smooth, moisturized and wrinkle free.

Market is flooded with an array of creams and choosing the right product for right type of skin is much more important. Different ingredients are combined for different skin types like for dry, oily, normal, and combination skin type people. Every type of skin works differently which means for a dry skin you need a hydrating lotion or may be a night cream would do and the type of skin which is very much sensitive would need a cream or lotion that could reduce inflammation easily.

Pick a right night cream with right combinations in accordance with the type of skin you have your problem will be solved because the major part of recovering the skin texture and tone can be done during night when you rest while you sleep. Thus every body should adopt a healthy and effective skin care plan because there are many factors that can cause the skin to dry out and age prematurely.

During night the metabolic activity of skin cells are at their highest therefore extra attention can be provided to the skin, which we cannot take much care during the day time. Various problems occurred during the day  due to pollution, make up, and ultra violet rays can be recovered by using night cream as it gives the change to the skin to repair and renew itself.

The skin rejuvenates itself at night as some special processes do not take place during day because night creams contains some anti ageing ingredients like retinol that doesn’t do in the day so it makes good sense to wear them while you sleep. The main action of the Night creams is to soften the uppermost layer of the skin where the cells are defected and thus help in giving a natural and unique shine on it which makes it more and more smooth and attractive.

Moisturizing and neutralizing the damaged free radicals and improving the tone and texture of the skin, firming up the sagginess, minimizing the wrinkles and highlighted lines and also wiping out the mottling and sun marks is the main function of the night creams.  Night creams restores essential collagen, lipids, elastin and vitamin which is an essential product for tired and stressed skin.

Night creams, cream collagen and elastin skin products meant for the face especially transforms, restore and renew the skin overnight. It is not necessary that you need to apply a thick layer of cream you apply at night, it depends as per the indications of how to apply and how much to apply. Apply the cream and massage gently in upward circular motion to your face so that it penetrates into the skin gently. Do not apply the cream on the upper eyelids otherwise you will get puffy lids at the time you will wake up from your bed.

Night creams are a luxury product; anyone cannot afford to buy it. Oily skin people cannot apply night creams as the ingredients included in them are very oily and are best suited for dry skin people. People with dry to normal skin only can afford to apply night creams because they only require moisturizing their skin so deeply.

You can use a home made night cream, Take a glass bowl and place it in a pan of boiling water and let 3 tablespoon of almond oil, 2 tablespoon lanolin and 2 tablespoon of cocoa butter melt. Remove it from heat and let it cool down itself and after that add 2 teaspoon of rose water and ½ teaspoon of honey to the mixture and then beat it until it blends.

Night creams are not meant for young people as their main function is to protect the skin from ageing, wrinkles and sagginess. Therefore it contains more oily content to make your appearance better and to look fresh during day time.
