Natural Treatment for hair fall
One of the most common problems that males and females face today is hair fall. We have hair on each part of our body except hands, palms and soles of feet. Hair loss is more commonly found in men than women. Balance exists between hair fall and hair growth. Hair massage: One of the most effective and preventive measure for hair loss is energetic rubbing of hair scalp after hair wash with cold water. This helps to energize blood circulation in the affective area and active sebaceous glands.
Amla: Use of amla oil is very effective to reduce hair fall. Prepare amla oil by mixing dry pieces of amla in coconut oil is regarded as a very helpful hair tonic for enriching hair growth.
Mustard oil and henna leaves: Use of mustard oil with boiled henna leaves is very helpful for healthy hair growth. To prepare this effective mixture, about 250ml of mustard oil is boiled in a tin basin and about 60gms of henna leaves are slowly put in the oil till they get burnt in the oil. Massaging this oil on the scalp will increase the hair growth.
Fenugreek seeds: Take some fenugreek seeds and grind them with water. Apply gently on the scalp and leave it for around 40 minutes. Then, wash your hair. This is a natural treatment for hair loss.
Proper diet: We must have a proper balanced diet to reduce hair fall. To have well nourished hair our diet must contain lot of foods containing silica, iron and calcium. Eating green leafy vegetables is very useful for persons suffering through hair loss problem.
Some other basic remedies: To protect our shiny, gorgeous hair from increasing pollution, ultraviolet rays, sun rays, we have thousand of remedies. Using the paste of liquorices with a pinch of saffron milk is very helpful. Take some red gram or pigeon pea. Make a paste of it and apply. This is a good home remedy for curing hair fall.
