Natural Skin Care Tips Using Lemon

Lemon and honey juice taken everyday in the morning helps in purifying the skin. By application of lemon juice on the face, the skin looks clean and shiny.
If a person wants to have glowing skin then a mixture of Aloe Vera and lemon can be made and applied on the face. Before bed time, wash your face with fresh lemon juice to have regular skin care. For individuals who suffer from acne or eczema quite often, a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil is very helpful. This mixture is helpful in drying the acne or eczema.
A mixture of lemon, egg white and grapes can be prepared and applied on the face. When the face is washed with warm water it regains its natural shine. This treatment is good for the oily skin. Lemon is helpful in removing the blackheads also. When lemon is mixed with glycerin and applied on the face, it is very helpful in the removal of blackheads and wrinkles. When used regularly for 1-2 weeks, lemon juice can cleanse the skin and lighten any kind of spots on it. While taking bath, lemon juice can be mixed with the water so that the skin of the whole body is cleaned by lemon.
Lemon removes black heads and spots
Cleansing and toning of the skin has to be done on regular basis to get a glowing skin. A juice of Aloe Vera and lemon is a very soothing cleanser and toner for the skin. When the lemon juice diluted with water is applied in the armpit and feet, they can remove the bad odor and keep you fresh through out the day. Lemon juice is very helpful in opening the closed pore open.
Lemon juice should be applied on the affected area and kept overnight. When the area is washed off, it will look shiny and fresh. Most of us have very rough elbows and knees. Lemon peels can be very helpful in making the skin of the elbow and knees soft and give you a beautiful look. Lemon is good for exfoliating the skin.
Cut a lemon and dip it in to a half-teaspoonful of sugar and then rub the piece of lemon on the face. It will remove the entire dead skin cells; make the skin look fresh and shiny. Lemon is a very good ingredient for making a mask for lightening the wrinkles of the skin.
This mask can be prepared by mixing lemon juice, a teaspoonful of honey and few drops of sweet almond oil. Apply this mixture on face and keep it to dry for some time and wash off .Regular use of the mixture will remove the wrinkles from the face.
Scalp treatment with lemon
Many individuals suffer from the problems of rough and dull hair. The hairs are not shiny because it does not have a healthy scalp. Dandruff causes lots of damage to the scalp and cause hair fall or rough hair. To treat the dandruff, make lemon juice and massage it on the scalp.
Use the lemon peel also to do the massage of the scalp. Then rinse the head with lemon water. When done this weekly, you will get rid of the dandruff completely. After washing the hair with shampoo, rinse it with lemon juice mixed with tea extract to make the hair look shiny. Lemon juice mixed with olive oil and honey is also a very good pack for the scalp and hair.
Remove sun burns using lemon juice
Regular toning is very important to have glowing skin. Make a mixture of lemon juice and almond milk and apply it on the skin. The skin will be toned very well. Dried peels of oranges can be added instead of almond milk. This pack can be applied on the face and hands. The pack should be removed after scrubbing it for some time. Regular use of this pack will make the skin sparkling.
Lemon is the natural bleach which can be used for any skin type. Lemon juice mixed with same amount of tomato juice added with little bit of milk makes an excellent bleach for the skin. This paste can be applied on the skin which has become dark or has sun burn and it should be kept for half an hour.
When the skin is washed with lukewarm water then the glow of the skin will come back. In case of the sensitive skins which are sensitive to citric acid, it is better to dilute the lemon juice and apply on the skin using moistened cotton balls. Lemon juice should not be applied on the skin before going out in the sun as it can make the skin more sensitive to the sun light.
