In her first tweet since the fall of 2009, Miley posted the picture (above) and message (below) from her record producers’ handle @Rock_Mafia:
“This is my new way to connect. When I need to speak out I will tweet from @Rock_Mafia ROCK MAFIA FOREVER. x MC”
