Makeup Tip For Dark Skin
Dark skin complexion on an average needs to be taken care of more than light skin complexion, although these days dusky complexion is in fashion but still it is very difficult as well as important make dark skin presentable with the help of makeup. The use of makeup here makes the skin look presentable as well as makes the skin look uniform when it comes to texture, although it is not compulsory but on an average the dark skin complexion always tends to have little pigmentation and is not very flawless in this case with the help of proper shades and tones of makeup one can unify the tone of the skin and can make the skin look flawless.
The most important part of makeup for any kind of skin is to make the skin color look even in orders to create a great and presentable look. Generally dark skin tends to reject every kind of makeup so it is always better to apply makeup which is oil free, so that the makeup can suit the skin tone and last for longer time.
The basic makeup starts with the application of foundation which can be either a powdered foundation or a liquid foundation but incase of dark skin complexion one must always start the makeup with a non oily powdered foundation as dark skin tends to reject oily makeup and dry or powdered foundation will also help to make the makeup last longer. Before buying the color of foundation we must keep in mind the skin tone first according to experts a person with dark skin should always use a lighter shade of foundation than the average skin color also loose powder should be preferred which is slightly tinted or transparent to absorb oil, the exact shinny look should be avoided in any case.
After the application of foundation one must use a concealer in case of any blemishes, after the skin is properly toned and unified the next step of makeup can be eye makeup. To start the eye makeup firstly with the help of some loose powder we must give little bit of touches after this colors of eye shadow should be chosen as the skin here is dark in tone we must choose colors which are dark or dull in color for example browns, purples etc.
Using light natured color can make a person look loud and messy, with the use of proper makeup brushes one must apply a dull and dark color eye shadow, incase a person does not want to use a proper eye shadow look a light brushing with loose translucent powder can be give just above the eye lid this will give the eyes a subtle glow which will not be very loud and can be easily carried in a dinner or party, this gives the skin a natural look which does not include lot of makeup. To complete the eye makeup inky black mascara should be applied, also a black eye liner can be used, and on such a skin complexion the black Smokey eye makeup look can also be experimented.
The blush can also be used as a highlighter of the basic makeup tones of browns; dusky pink, peach etc. can be added to the blush to give this type of skin another kind of glow.
Incase the eyebrows are very thick they should be trimmed down enough to brush them neatly, if still the desired look of eyebrows is not achieved one can use an eyebrow pencil but a black eyebrow pencil should never be used alone on eyebrow it is always better to use a combination of grey and black together.
Finally the lips should be left nude, just with a touch of a light lip balm or a less shiny lip gloss. This will make the dark skin look naturally well textured and the makeup would not look too loud.
