The eye make up should be done keeping in mind the look which has to be carried such colors should be taken which blend well with the skin as well as the look you have chosen to be carried. Avery light color dress with very loud make up may end up making you look wired. So eye make up should be applied giving a lot importance to the skin tone as well as the outfit.
