Lindsay Lohan has rejected the judge’s offer to end the trial early for the theft of a $2,500 necklace because she feels she has a strong enough defense to win acquittal.
“Ms. Lohan has maintained her innocence from the moment this case was filed and she has never wavered,” her attorney, Shawn Holley, wrote in a statement.
