Normally we use mobile phone to remain in contact with others, especially when there is an emergency situation.
With the latest modern technologies being used in the mobile phones like the provision of Global Positioning System (GPS) and many more specific features make this small handset very much useful for us.
However, when your teen would ask you to provide a mobile phone to him then you would certainly refuse because you know he will misuse this device and eventually you would have to pay heavy bill for its excessive use in the month end.
But, on the flip side there are many advantages of giving mobile phone to your teen as either you or he can call each other immediately during any crisis.
Similarly, if your teen is going out of control and you want to trace his daily activities then simply give him a mobile phone with specific features enabled in it and you would be able to know instantly whether he in right place or is deceiving you.

If your teen has gone to study tour along with his school mates then you can contact him sporadically to know whether he is doing well or not.
