To perform this exercise, start by sitting in a comfortable position on the gym mat and cross your legs. Now get support from your arms and lie down till your back is flat and legs still crossed. Place your hands below the nape of the neck in order to support it. Now inhale air through the nose and raise the chest off the ground as your exhale through the mouth. Make sure that your chest is moving up, not bending forward towards the knees. The entire motion should be controlled and smooth. Repeat this exercise a minimum of 25 times at a stretch.
