    Obesity is also responsible for high blood pressure. It is also one of the causes for sleep apnea and stroke. Considering the risks of various diseases it is essential to lose weight by changing your eating habits and doing regular exercises if you have been affected by obesity.

    How do you know whether you are obese?

    You can measure your weight with the help of body mass index (BMI) to know whether you are overweight or not? Overweight can make you obese putting your health at danger.

    What causes obesity?

    Your weight gain starts with calorie intake more than what your body can burn off. The use of calories in your body depends upon your eating habit and activeness and determines whether you are overweight or not.

    You are most likely to gain weight in case your family members have the problem of obesity. In such a case, your eating habit and lifestyle that have been developed by your family can also make you obese.

    Moreover in today’s hectic life, it becomes very difficult for us to plan and prepare a healthy meal. Instead of preparing food on our own, most of us prefer to go out to eat the food that includes too much of fat and calories.

    How to burn extra fat?

    Change in eating habits is the first and foremost requirement to reduce extra calories in your body and lose weight. Prefer to have a food containing essential nutrients and moderately including fat and calories.

    Instead of leading a sedentary life, improve your lifestyle to ensure good health and bring balance between your energy and body calorie. In order to reduce weight you will have to burn extra calories.

    Chalk out a plan for a change on consultation with your doctor. Your doctor can recommend a dietitian who can guide you in planning your meal.

    Regular exercise is essential to lose weight. Go to local Gymnasium to learn proper technique for doing exercises which can help you reduce excessive body fat and calories.
