How To Reduce Tummy
In today’s era everyone is so busy that they hardly get anytime to take care of their health. There are many reasons for big tummies but the most common are- lack of physical movements and food habits.
Exercise
Regular exercise is the best way to get rid of tummy fat. It takes just a few minutes of your tight schedule to do some simple exercises at home which not only help to reduce tummy fat but makes you feel fresh.
Cycling is the best exercise as everyone knows. Lye down on the floor, lift your legs and do cycling in upward direction. For a few days you will have some pain in thighs but by doing this exercise regularly you will find positive results in two to three weeks.
Other simple exercise to reduce tummy is to lie on the floor and lift your legs perpendicular to the floor. Now lift shoulder blades in such a position as if you are trying to touch your legs.
Even the exercise of touching your right knee with left elbow and vice-versa for a few minutes on regular basis in beneficial in reducing tummy.
Food habits
Our diet has a great impact on our health. To reduce tummy fat one has to take care of his/her diet.
Avoid to intake sodas, caffeine, and energy drinks etc.
Salt leads to bloating. Avoid salty foods like chips, crackers, canned food.
Keep good distance from starchy food such as potatoes, rice, breads, etc.
Eat fibrous food such as salads, fruits like apples, pawpaw, etc.
Avoid gassy food such as cabbage, beans.
Reducing chewing gum also helps as it reduces the amount of air being swallowed at the time of chewing.
Reduce the intake of sodium as much as you can as it contributes to bloating.
Don’t take too much of cheese, butter and mayonnaise.
Overeating should be avoided in any case to reduce tummy.
