Go for regular walk and exercise. It won’t take too long. Just half an hour walk in the morning is very good for your health and also for combating diabetes.

Omega 3 fatty acids, fish oil and flaxseed oil are very beneficial to health and are known to have anti diabetic properties. Again keep a check on the saturated and the unsaturated fatty acids. Also keep a check on the cholesterol level of the body.
Genetics:
Often diabetes is not only caused by the unhealthy lifestyle, but they are genetically transferred from the parents to the children also. If you have hereditary diabetes in your family, chances are high that after a certain age you may also have it. Consult your doctor as soon as you can. Get all necessary examinations done as prescribed by your doctor. Start taking necessary dietary precautions too.
