    How To Prevent And Cure Impotence And Erectile Dysfunction

    erectile dysfunctionIn today’s stressful lifestyle, millions of men around the world face this serious problem characterized by inability of a male to maintain an erection long enough to satisfy his partner. The main cause of impotence is poor lifestyle. The other causes of impotence include some health condition such as high cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure. Not only this, impotence is some times caused by psychological and emotional factors and due to our intake of unhealthy diet. Now to get rid of impotence one must address the following natural cures.

    Food, Diet and Nutrition

    To cure impotence naturally, a healthy diet is essential. Many people do not even know that poor diet can cause erectile dysfunction. Unhealthy diet results in impotence because they contain high cholesterol which reduces blood flow which is important for achieving erection. One should eat diet containing high fiber, vegetables, fresh fruits, lean meat, legumes and other low fat foods. Stay away from foods high in fat and processed, sugary refined foods.

    Those men who are suffering from impotence can include royal jelly, pumpkin seeds and bee pollen to their diet which will provide them with an early cure.

    Stress and Anxiety

    Stress is a major cause of impotence. Stress causes inability to achieve an erection in many men. Removing stress and anxiety from their life will not only help them to treat impotence but other stress related emotional and psychological health problems will be cured as well. The first and the foremost step you can take to remove stress is practice deep breathing. Deep breathing exercise help to improve your body’s relaxation system. By practicing this, you will be able to cope with the pressure. Another way to remove stress is to practice yoga. Take hot shower bath before going to bed. This way your muscles will be relaxed completely.

    Stop Smoking

    Smoking and drinking can cause impotence. So avoid them.

    Exercise

    Exercise regularly as it can improve blood circulation and strengthen the body. A healthy lifestyle is essential to obtain erection.

    Side effects of medicines

    Try to avoid over-the-counter prescription medicines.  Research has proved that many prescription drugs can cause impotence.
