Maintain a diet that has 70% fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water too in order to maintain the body’s hydration levels. Avoid eating foods that are deep fried, greasy foods and those that are processed in huge amounts of oil. You also need to reduce the amount of alcohol and caffeine you consume. These cause the skin to get dehydrated and lead to premature aging.
Your cell phone is the leading cause of acne. Unknowingly you place the phone on different surfaces and this attracts germs that cause acne, pimples and zits. Disinfecting the phone once a day will help to get rid of the bacteria on the phone and prevent germs and bacteria from harming your skin.
