One has to remember that the perfect pair of denim has to fit you well and make your best feature come out and hide the flaws.

T-shirts, sweaters and blouses can be a very good buys if you want to look younger and fashionable. It is not always necessary that you need to wear hot colors like pink and have funky quotes on the t-shirt to look young. Some subtle colors can achieve it and the right make up that can look younger. A fitted tank top or a smart tube top can work much better than a cleavage revealing dress.

A lot of women after in their 30s stop paying attention to their own needs. The demands of children and other household chores can keep her occupied so much that she does not remember to take care of herself. This behavior can add a number of years to your appearance. The one of the most common mistakes is to pluck the eyebrows at home. This has to be done by a professional to get that perfect shape. Eyebrows when done neatly can give you a completely different look.

The other step to look younger is to get a haircut that would accentuate your features. You would be surprised to see that a good haircut and a hair color can make you really younger and fitter.

A regular care of the skin can reduce the aging process to a great extent. This includes using a good exfoliant for at least twice to thrice in a week that will allow the dead cells to be washed away and the new cells to be take their place. It has to be followed by a good skin moisturizer.

Sun can be one of the biggest culprits in damaging the skin and aggravating the process of early aging. Remember that sunscreen is one of the most important products for you. It can save you from the harmful ultra violet rays of the sun, which can damage the skin to a great extent.

The other golden rule to take help your skin breath better is never go to sleep with your make up on. Then use a lot of moisturizer on the skin after washing your face. The other ingredient that can take the years of your face is water. It helps to wash away the toxins from the body and helps in keeping the collagen level intact. It makes the skin firm and elastic.

In order to look fit, you have to make certain moderations in your diet. Fried and fatty foods have to keep at bay as much as possible. This will help not only help in losing weight giving and giving you a leaner figure but will help the skin as well, which will glow from within. The key to a diet is to satisfy the cravings by just tasting it. You diet should comprise of a lot of fresh vegetables and vegetables along with a good amount of cereals and protein.

Make a routine for exercise in your busy schedule; remember that this can give you the ideal figure. If you cannot hit the gym everyday then a 45-minute brisk walk will work wonders for you. If you cannot go for the walk then just climb the stairs in your apartment block. You would notice the results within a month.
