suppleskin1Apply a couple of tablespoons of tea salt over your wet skin and then gently rub it with a wet cloth or fingers. Massage gently on the T- zone and cheeks avoiding the eye area. After 2 minutes massage rinse it properly and use cold water for its removal and for tightening the pores. You can do this regularly once a week so

Cook 2-3 large carrots and then mash them. Mix 4 ½ tablespoons honey to it and apply gently over the skin and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.

Take 1 tablespoon fuller’s earth, mix it in 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon mashed papaya. Apply it allover your face for 20 minutes and then rinse off with cold water.

Create a mixture of plain yogurt with the juice if ¼ of an orange and apply it with the help of your finger tips softly on the fac. Then leave it for 5 minutes and then remove it with the use of cold water. This mask is cool as well as relaxing; if you feel this mask sluggish it means that this is perfect mask for you. As yogurt will clean and nourish your skin and orange is good for the skin as it provides a lot of vitamin C.

Lemons are best for exfoliating purpose. All you have to do is take half a lemon and add some sugar granules and rub it on the surface of your face.

Use mixture of cucumber juice and lemon juice as an astringent.

Apply mixture of rose water and sandalwood powder over the acne scars; you can keep it overnight also. Rinse it off in the morning with cold water.

Mash some bananas and mix it with milk, apply it allover the face and rinse it off after 20 minutes.

Peel an avocado and liquefy it in the blender with one some raw honey (at least a full spoon) and now apply the mixture on your face for 20 minutes. For its removal you should apply cold water and do it properly.

Take a tomato, mash it and pat on. Keep it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. This method is the best solution for the type of skin that is oily.

Apply raw honey on face as well as neck for 20-25 minutes. Its removal should be done by the use of normal or cold water only. It will make your skin glow and soft and smooth in touch.

Rub papaya allover your face and neck for 15-20 minutes to get smooth and supple skin.

Take a mashed banana, honey, lemon juice and margarine and make a paste out of all. Apply the paste on the face over night. You can apply it over your hands and feet but for that don’t forget to wear gloves and socks. Remove it right in the next morning with the use of water but rinse it properly first.

Apply honey and egg white mixed together all over your face and neck for 20 minutes and then rinse it off after 20 minutes.

Create a solution by mixing curd, tomato juice and oatmeal which should be applied on the face for some time. The duration should be at least for 20 minutes and then wash it .It is very useful for removing tanning and lightening the skin.

Rub ice cubes on the face to tighten up the pores and to increase blood circulation.

Mix honey, fresh cream, oats, and almond paste in equal quantities and pat on. Let it dry for 20-25 minutes then wash it off.

Take 2 tablespoons of honey, two egg folks and some almond oil. Apply it allover the face and let it dry for at least 20 minutes and after that rub the face properly with soft hands for its removal.

Grind half a cup of yellow mustard seeds and add 2 liters water in it, you can also add a few rose petals. Apply it on the skin for 20 minutes and rinse well before removing it. The removal should be done using water.

Apply body butter cream after the shower.

Apply night cream while going to bed in the night to enable your skin to breathe as it cannot when you apply make-up.
