    How to Feel and Look Younger

    Perhaps nobody wants to look weary and old. We cannot hold back the time and human being will grow old by natural process. But what we can do is we can look and feel younger through some preventive actions.

    Here are few guidelines which may help you to stay young and beautiful and have an overall good health.

    The psychological effect has a great influence on overall health condition of our body. The state of our mind regulates various hormonal secretions inside our body which ultimately helps to keep our body well.

    So think positively and do good work. Stay away from negative attitude of life. Laugh heartily to stay young.

    Regular exercise is necessary to stay young. Exercise helps in blood circulation and through blood circulation oxygen reaches every part of our body and rejuvenates different organs.

    So exercise regularly from a young age. 30 minutes of walking in the morning does wonder to keep you fit all day long. Swimming is also a good exercise for overall fitness of the body. If you can keep your body slim through exercise you will look younger automatically.

    Blood circulation due to regular exercise keeps your skin glowing and smooth. From mid thirty our body starts to change. With exercise you can keep your heart, muscles and bones healthy and flexible. With a perfect healthy body you can hide more than 10 years from your age.

    Take a healthy diet to keep yourself healthy. Eat oil and spice as less as possible. Eating light food will create no pressure on liver and digestive system. So eat light to stay young and keep yourself away from junk food.

    Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables because they supply ample vitamins and minerals which help us to keep young. Drink plenty of plain water to keep you hydrated. Stay away from carbonated drinks, alcohol and smoking that ultimately harm your body in the long run.

    Body massage and everyday skin care is necessary to look young. Sunrays create wrinkles and age marks. Wear sunscreen lotion and use umbrella whenever you are out in the sun.

    Monthly manicure and pedicure by the professionals are necessary. Always sit and stand straight because a slouching body looks old automatically.
