Constipation means the situation of difficulty in emptying bowels. You may face difficulty in passing stools or may feel like you still need to pass stools even after having a bowel movement. Milk: Drinking a glass of warm milk before going to is the natural remedy to empty stomach next morning. You can add castor oil in the milk in case you are suffering from severe constipation.
Drinking milk twice a day with sugar or honey added to it is a great home remedy too.
Honey: Dissolve a spoon of honey in a cup of lukewarm water and drink it empty stomach in the morning.
Water and fruit juices: increase the intake of water and fresh juices to overcome constipation. Carrot juice and orange juice are fast relievers.
