How to apply a lipstick?
Lipstick is a cosmetic product which is used to highlight the lips of a woman; lipstick generally contains pigments, oils, waxes, emollients that help to give a color on the lips, lipstick in the market is available in many shades and styles, which can be from dry to extra glossy. Some lipstick not only helps to give a color to lips but also helps to keep lips smooth and soft. Lipstick is only available in many prices in the market so what price lipstick has to be chosen depends upon the requirement and budget. Lipstick purely is a cosmetic product which helps in face decoration; it makes a person look presentable and beautiful.
Today lipstick is used not only to give a color to lips but is also used to give different textures, it symbolizes confidence of a woman, but before choosing a lipstick one has to be very aware. Lipstick as is available in different shades, tones and textures it is not compulsory that it will match or blend with every skin tone, there are few lipsticks which are very bright in color which may not blend with a dark skin similarly there are dull colors which can blend with both kinds of skin that is dark as well as light but will blend more with dark skin. Lipsticks generally tend to be very sensitive and should be taken proper care off; they should always be stored at dark and cool places so that they do not melt. Application of a lipstick is not an easy task and needs to be done very carefully.
Application of lipstick does not involve a lot of time if done in a proper manner, firstly right shade and type of lipstick should be chosen for example if a person is very fair in complexion she should rather use a very bright color as a light shade of lipstick will highlight her skin tone as well as her looks and for a fair complexion it is not very loud to carry a bright color lipstick but on the other hand a person who has a dark complexion should use a lipstick which not too bright for example a person with dark complexion can go for a dull red color that is maroon color this will not make a dark person look bad on the other hand it will highlight the beauty of lips of that person. The shade of the lipstick to be chosen not only depends upon the complexion but also depends upon the fact that whether the lips are dry or soft in texture there are lipstick which are dry as well as very glossy so if your lips are dry you should choose a lipstick which glossy in nature and has a moisturizer in it to smooth or soften your lips. on an average the lipstick which is being used should not to be to dry but should be glossy as it not only makes the lips look beautiful but also softens there texture on the other hand dry lipsticks should only be chosen when it is required to make them look dark and dry for example for a gothic look a person can apply dark or a black color lipstick which is dry in texture as gothic look does not require glossy lips.
Proper application of lipstick not only includes blending or matching the lipstick with the complexion and texture but also blending of lipstick is required with the make up done, if the color of the lipstick matches with the color of the eye shadow or is in sync with the eye shadow then the blend can never go wrong as random use may make the face look messy and not presentable.
There are waterproof, matt effect etc lipsticks also available in the market today so it is not very difficult to a shade which matches your personality and also there is no harm involved for the lips in using a lipstick.
