The people who manage to maintain their physical and mental health lead more relaxed and stress-free life as compared to those who frequently get ill and mentally remain tensed either due to work pressure or because of any personal problem.

Always remain active
Now-a-days, people quickly put on weight if their physical activities decreases and as a result they either become diabetic or suffer from any of the obesity-related diseases.
Apart from treatment, people suffering from such problems are usually advised by doctors to keep an eye on their sugar level which should not go high or become low due to uncontrolled eating habits or due to any other specific activities.

Interact with friends and relatives
If you don’t meet with your friends and relatives for a long time because of hectic job schedules then your life will become monotonous and you will gradually feel bored and even lonely.

Sleep well
Take adequate rest at night because if you will sleep less than the normal recommended time by doctors which is 6-8 hours then your performance at work will be affected.
Usually, when our workload increases, we cut down our sleeping time because we give more importance to our work than rest.
But if we will make this a habit then our health condition will start deteriorating and due to less sleep we will become short-tempered and always feel tensed.
Utilize your free time
You can make optimum use of your free time by doing such activities that are not only good for your health but in the meantime you will also feel stress-free.
Hence, either you can take a membership of any fitness centre or you can play certain games that require too much physical work.
You can also do aerobics or attend the yoga classes conducted by experts.
Similarly, meditation is an effective method to maintain the mental fitness.
