Blackheads are a type of acne found on your skin. They are blackish bumps or plugs, found more around your chin and nose because of excess oil deposit. Mostly oily skin tends to get more blackheads. Blackheads are worsened when they are exposed to pollution.
Blackheads occur mainly due to clogging of pores, poor sanitary, dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, excessive use of cosmetics, lack of water intake and many more. Regular health care and proper diet can help you in getting rid of blackheads. Change in eating habit will help you in getting rid of blackheads.
Skin and kidney are the crucial organs in eliminating wastes. Major wastes are excreted from your body by the kidney in the form of urine. You should drink plenty of water to help your kidney. Water also helps your skin in excretion of toxins. You should try and eliminate eating greasy, sugary junk food and frozen food to get rid of blackheads, these food lack nutritional value which are important to control acne.
Zinc is an important mineral that contributes in promoting healthy skin. You should take more of meat, skinless chicken, nuts, seeds etc as they contain zinc in it. You must take at least 8 glasses of water every day. You should also reduce the intake of beverages like tea and coffee. Exercise is also very important to have a healthy skin. You should avoid oil based products on your face. Instead you can use water based products. Wash your face gently and frequently to keep it clean.
