This means that never during the day, should you have an empty stomach. Eat five to six small meals during the day instead of 3 large meals.

Drink something after about half hour after eating. At the time when you wake up every morning, do not be in a hurry to get out of bed in a rush. Take your own time and rest for some time. Many doctor also advice the women to eat at least a ginger biscuit or dry cracked before you get out of your bed. However, if you suffer from heart burn after eating ginger, avoid it.

Besides these home remedies, some alternative remedies such as hypnosis, music therapy, acupressure and aromatherapy also work with morning sickness.
