Taking a lot of vitamin B in the diet
Vitamin B is helpful in erasing the wrinkles and is also good for the skin. Individuals who have wrinkles should take a lot of vitamin B in their diet. The common foods which are rich in vitamin B include eggs, chicken, beef and whole wheat. These should be included in the diet for getting rid of wrinkles. Apart from vitamin B vitamins A, C and E should also be included in the diet.
Using honey, olive oil and cream
The mixture of honey, olive oil and any skin cream can also be applied to get relief from wrinkles. Take the ingredients in equal amounts and make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected areas of the skin for getting quick relief from wrinkles.

Using sugarcane and turmeric powder
The mixture of sugarcane and turmeric powder is also considered to be a very good remedy for wrinkles. Mix turmeric powder and sugarcane juice to form a paste and apply this paste on the wrinkle affected areas. The paste acts as a skin-toner and contracts the cells of the skin to make them healthy.
Using ginger and honey
The mixture of ginger and honey is also very helpful in providing relief from wrinkles. For getting relief, eat one teaspoonful of shredded ginger with a little honey regularly. This will provide the skin a healthy glow and will remove the wrinkles permanently.
Using vodka, fennel seeds and honey
The mixture of vodka, fennel seeds and honey is also very effective in providing relief from the wrinkles. For preparing the medicine, use two table spoonful of vodka, a tablespoonful of fennel seeds and 2 teaspoonful of honey to make a paste and leave it to settle for three days. Then strain the mixture and use it as toner for getting relief from the wrinkles.
Using pineapple and apple juice
The juice of pineapple and apple mixed should be applied on the skin for getting relief from the wrinkles. It is a very effective remedy for getting relief from wrinkles and other skin problems.
