Mouth ulcers are also identified as aphthous ulcers. These ulcers are clearly identified, oval or round sores inside the mouth, which are very painful. Mix a number of catechus in water until it acquires a pasty evenness and apply this paste on the ulcers. Rinse your mouth alternately with cold and hot water. This is the simplest mouth ulcers remedy. You can even gargle with fresh coconut milk.
Chew up on 5-6 basil leaves along with water. Reiterate it 4-6 times a day. Consume ample of raw salad especially raw onions for treating mouth ulcers. Drinking orange juice and mulberry juice is also helpful in treating mouth ulcers. Consume ample of cottage cheese, buttermilk, and yogurt.
To 1 cup of water add 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds and heat it. Sift it and wash out your mouth with the solution 3-4 times a day.
Avoid eating potato chips, dry bread, chewing gums, lozenges, tobacco, coffee, fish, meat, etc.
