Taking care of menopause: Using Beet juice
Beet juice is highly beneficial for averting various unpleasant symptoms that occur during menopause. It provides various contents that are necessary for keeping up good health. Beet juice should be taken in the doses of 60-90 ml thrice every day.
Taking plants that are rich in estrogenic substance in food
Taking foods that are rich in estrogenic substance is a good option to avert the unpleasant experiences that occur due to lack of estrogen. Some of the foods which should be considered include alfalfa, soybeans, soy sprouts, crushed flaxseeds, garlic and green beans. Moreover sesame seeds, wheat, yams, pumpkin seeds, cucumbers and corn can also be taken. Apples, anise seeds, cabbage, beets, olive oil, olives, papaya, oats, peas and sunflower seeds can also be taken in the diet.
Using liquorice
Using liquorice is another good way to get rid of various problems associated with menopause. The ingredient should be powdered and taken in doses of one teaspoon every day.
Preventing vaginal dryness
To keep vaginal dryness away mix 1 ounce of almond oil, 2 drops of geranium essential oil and 1 capsule of Vitamin E. Mix the ingredients well to make a paste and apply inside and outside the vagina. This will give relief from vaginal dryness.
Using Indian Spikenard
Indian spikenard is an essential remedy for getting rid of various complications of menopause. It should be administered in the doses of 2 grams once daily for getting positive results.
Using carrot seeds
Carrot seeds work wonders by providing relief from various symptoms of menopause. A teaspoon of carrot seeds should be mixed with a glass of cow’s milk and boiled for ten minutes. This should be taken once daily for averting various symptoms of menopause.
Using milk or herbal tea to avoid sleep disorders
A herbal tea or a glass of warm milk can provide immediate relief from the various sleep disorders during menopause. Milk contains amino acid and tryptophan which helps in getting drowsy and thereby it provides relief from sleep disorders.
Using Vitamin E
Vitamin E deficiency during the menopause phase also results in various diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to take regular Vitamin E supplements. For getting best results, 50-100 units of Vitamin E is recommended in a regular basis.
Doing regular exercises
For staying fit regular exercise can help a lot in the long term. The exercises may include walking, jogging, bicycling, jumping and swimming. Making up the calcium and magnesium
Magnesium and calcium deficiency during menopause ay also lead to various diseases. To make up the deficiency an intake of 1000 units of Vitamin D, 500 mg of magnesium and 2 grams of calcium is recommended.
