For preparing the medicine, mix about 60 grams of the powder of the root with a liter of water and boil it for about half an hour. The dosages are administered in quantities of 30 ml and 60 ml thrice every day for treating the diseases.

These foods include fresh fruits and vegetables such as lime, orange, cabbage, papaya and carrot.
