Using Gooseberry
Indian gooseberry is another wonderful home remedy for high blood pressure. Extract the juice of gooseberry and take 2 teaspoonful of this juice with honey in an empty stomach in the morning.
Using watermelon
Watermelon is another alternative home remedy for high blood pressure. The patients suffering from high blood pressure should eat watermelon or drink the extracted juice daily to lower the blood pressure levels.
Alternately, take dry water melon seeds and crush them to powder form. Take one teaspoonful of this powder in a glass of water every morning. This will lower the blood pressure and provide quick relief.

Alfalfa is also a very good remedy for treating high blood pressure. Extract the juice of alfalfa leaves for daily intake. Alfalfa helps in softening the hard arteries that cause high blood pressure; thereby helping in reduce the blood pressure levels.
Using jaundice berry
Jaundice berry can also be used to treat high blood pressure. It makes the arteries dilate and decrease the blood pressure levels by facilitating the blood flow.
Using holy basil and Margosa leaves
Holy basil and margosa leaves taken together also offer positive results in high blood pressure treatment. Take 4 holy basil leaves with 2 margosa leaves in a cup of water and drink this in the morning for a week. It will provide relief from high blood pressure quickly.
Using fennel and cumin seeds and water
Fennel and cumin seeds and sugar mixed in equal quantities may work wonders in the treatment of high blood pressure. Just crush the mixture into powdered form and take one teaspoonful of the powder in a glass of water every morning and evening. It is a highly beneficial remedy for high blood pressure.
