Hair is a characteristic feature of mammals. Hairs grow in the pores of skin known as follicles. Usually hair is considered the mirror of health; while good hair is a sign of good health, hair problems indicate poor health. Hair needs enough care to remain healthy and attractive. There are various remedies available for the different problems of hair.

Hair care: using lemon and banyan tree root for excessive hair fall

Lemon and banyan tree can be used as a remedy for hair fall. Squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl and add a part of the root of banyan tree to it. The resultant solution can be used as a tonic against hair fall. After washing the hair with it, apply coconut oil to the scalp. This will protect the hair from falling.

Hair care: Using coconut oil and camphor for dandruff

To get rid of dandruff, camphor mixed with coconut oil can be fruitfully applied. This mixture should be applied on the roots of hair on the scalp. The application of the mixture for fifteen days helps in getting rid of dandruff. This also helps in strengthening the roots of hair, thereby preventing hair loss.

Hair care: Using lemon juice and coconut oil for dandruff

Lemon juice and coconut oil mixture can also be effectively used as a treatment for dandruff. The mixture of coconut oil and lemon juice should be applied deep into the roots of hair on the scalp. This will not only stop dandruff but will also help in other hair problems.

Hair care: Using coconut milk and gram flour for dry hair

The mixture of coconut milk and gram flour can also be used for taking care of dry hair. Take a cup of coconut milk and add about two tablespoons of gram flour to it. Apply the lotion slowly on the scalp using the fingertips. This will keep the dryness of the hair away.

Hair care: Using Aloe Vera gel and lemon juice for oily hair

Oily hair can be treated with Aloe Vera gel and lemon juice. Mix a teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel, one tablespoon of lemon juice with one fourth of a tablespoon of shampoo and use it to rinse the hair regularly.

Hair care: Using cucumber puree for normal hair

Cucumber puree can be used to enrich normal hair. Apply the puree for 20 minutes before washing hair. It will give the hair shine and heaviness and will protect it from daily wear and tear.

Hair care: using coconut oil and Indian gooseberry for hair loss

Coconut oil and gooseberry mixture can be used to prevent hair loss. Take 2-3 raw Indian gooseberries finely chopped in coconut oil and apply it to the roots of the hair. This will prevent hair loss and provide the much needed strength to the hair.

Hair care: using Spinach juice for hair fall

Spinach juice is a wonderful remedy to stop hair loss. Apply spinach juice on the scalp to prevent hair loss. Spinach juice helps in strengthening the follicles thereby stopping excessive hair fall.

Hair care: Using egg shampoo

Egg is a very good remedy for all kinds of hair problems. For using it as a medication, beat two egg yolks in a glass of water and strain the solution. Soak hair and scalp with it. Keep the solution on the scalp for one hour and then rinse off with warm water.

Hair care: using egg, castor oil, vinegar and glycerin

Add 2 tablespoons of castor oil, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of glycerin to make a hair conditioner. Apply this on the scalp for 20 minutes. Then wash off with water. This will provide the luster and conditioning to the hair.

Depending upon the types of hair, various home remedies are available for taking hair care. It should be remembered that the hair is also an important part of the human body and since it lies open to pollution and weather conditions, it is natural to have some damage.

However with the help of a little care, individuals can regain natural and beautiful form of hair. The above mentioned home remedies help a lot in maintaining the hair in proper condition.
