Chocolates are everyone’s favorite. It is said that if you are in bad mood, take a chocolate, you will feel better. Chocolates are best gifts for any season or occasion, like birthdays, weddings, friendship day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, parties. We have some easy recipes for you to make your favorite chocolates at home. You just need to be creative.
Solid Chocolate Molds: Take molds of any shape and apply oil on them using a paint brush. Spoon melted chocolates in the molds very carefully. Grill method is the best method to melt your chocolate. Take chocolate in glass bar and put to grill, your chocolate will be melted. Carefully tap the molds after putting the melted chocolate to remove air bubbles on the surface of the molds. Place the molds in refrigerator to cool. Once the chocolate is set in the molds, remove them. Twist the molds on a foil paper, pieces of chocolate will pop out.
Chocolate with Cherries: Cut the cherries in halves and paint the hollow chocolate molds using the paint brush and add melted chocolates. Mix cherry juice and icing sugar till the time you get creamy consistency. Add cherry juice and cherry halves in molds. Add more chocolate on the top to avoid air bubbles and stir with a toothpick. Refrigerate till the time chocolate settles.
Chocolate truffles: Chocolate truffles are easiest chocolate candies which can be prepared at home. To make them, you require whipped cream. Boil the cream till it boils, stir continuously. Put the boiling cream over the chocolate pieces in such a way that the chocolate gets melted. Stir the mixture until it gets creamy consistency. Add the butter and mix well, till you get a smooth mixture and allow it to cool. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and store in an airtight bag in refrigerator for up to a weak.
Pretzels Chocolate: Dip the pretzels in chocolate in melted chocolate. Place the pretzels on a non sticky paper till the time chocolate sticks on pretzels. Sprinkle colored candied small balls. Place in refrigerator for 5 to 7 minutes, your pretzels munchies are ready to eat.
