To enjoy a stir-fry menu, you should cut the vegetables into fairly small and uniform pieces. If you are adding broccoli or cauliflower pieces to the stir-fry, then you should steam them little bit before putting in the wok. This will help to ensure fast and even cooking. Now you should preheat the wok over high heat.
Once the wok is ready, it is time to add one spoonful of oil and heat properly. When the oil gets perfectly hot, then you should start adding the vegetable one by one. While adding vegetables, you should keep in mind that certain vegetables take more time to get cooked. So, you should add these vegetables first, as they take some time. Subsequently you should add the other vegetables also.
The main skill of stir-frying is to keep the heat high and to move the food constantly over the wok. When the stir-fry is almost done, you should add the sauce mixture. The sauce could be anything of your choice. You may also add steamed chicken pieces to the stir-fry dish to get a delicious flavor. When the sauce is thoroughly mixed with the dish, you can take it off. Any stir-fry dish should be served at once, so that the exquisite flavor and taste can be enjoyed.
