It is important to leave your bedroom exclusively for the purpose of sleep and making love, as any thing else could be a distraction. Make sure you set-up a proper sleep-timing and stick to it, fixing a light diet before bed is also a good idea. Catching a nap during the afternoons is a bad idea; this could disturb your sleep pattern. Keep arguments and office work strictly out of the bedroom, making your ‘den’ more inviting to retire. Keeping yourself relaxed and stress-free are the key to a good-night sleep, stay happy and sleep like a baby.
