    The People globally, nowadays want to stay healthy and fit. It’s a “Plague Desire” to have attractive and eye catching appearance. A physically fit body has magnetism. But To achieve that level of fitness, a person needs a particular set of fitness exercise which can give shape to the body and at the same time helps keep maintaining it.

    Fitness exercise is the need of the hour and people are much aware of the hazards, if the body fitness is not taken care of. To keep a check over our physical well-being, one needs to adopt Fitness exercise. Fitness exercise is beneficial for the overall development of the body. It also reduces the risk of fatal diseases like Diabetes, Cardiac seizures and High Blood Pressure etc.

    Fitness exercise and diet

    To compliment fitness exercise well, there should be a proper and balanced diet. The type of food a person is taking is directly proportional to its Physique. The diet must be nutritious and satisfying. Extra intake of the calories and fats can disfigure the body. Without proper diet, even the appropriate exercise may not be helpful for the posture and shape. Proper and nutritious diet consists of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals in balanced quantities. Regular intake of fruits and vegetables in the diet and to exclude Junk Food from menu is good idea for better fitness. Drinking 8-10 liters of water daily also helps along with having meals at right intervals.

    Fitness exercise and time management

    The daily work schedule of an average person these days, Gobbles almost fifteen hours of the day. He or she may find it difficult to get time for exercise or may find an excuse in it to avoid Fitness exercise. We rarely think what serious effects it can cause to us.

    Here comes time management to rescue. By Applying time management principles in our daily routine, we can acquire some time out of our busy schedule. Even half an hour of Running and Skipping would be enough to render us with healthy body. Time Management is a “supplementary Diet” for daily Fix of Fitness exercise. Time management improves our work-life balance and nurtures it and simultaneously giving balance to our physical and mental health. If the body is given right doses of adequate fitness exercises at the right time with Balanced diet then achieving Fit, Healthy and Toned body no longer remains a Sought-dream.
