Summer is coming. After few cold chili months there are lots of changes in weather. In summer the ultraviolet rays of sun damages our skin and the scorching heat burns our skin very fast.
Few precautions are necessary to protect your skin from damages. This article gives you some quick tips that may help you to remain ever fresh in summer also.
In summer the greatest damage comes from sun rays. So cover your skin so that ultraviolet rays of the sunrays can not reach your skin. Use umbrella, hat and sunglass for the protection of the skin. In summer people like to wear sleeveless and short garments that keep maximum portion of the body exposed. Naturally in these garments you get the maximum skin damage.
So wear long sleeved dresses that will protect your skin from the direct sunlight. To fight heat, wear cotton or other organic material instead of synthetic and artificial material. Cotton and jute is porous which helps in circulation of wind and to control heat.
In summer, at day time, apply sunscreen lotion on the exposed part of your body though you remain indoor. Use sunscreen hair lotion also to protect your hair from damage caused by sun. Bathe twice everyday in cold water to remove excess heat from your body. Do not let dirt and oil accumulate on your skin.
To keep your skin oil free use mild soap everyday at the time of bathing to keep your skin oil free because sebum gland of your skin secretes maximum oil in hot and humid weather of summer.
Exfoliation, at least once in a week is must to remove dead cells from the uppermost layer of skin otherwise accumulated dead skin and cell will make your skin dull and lifeless. Moreover if you do not remove dead cells in time, they will block the pores of the skin and will gear up acne and pimple problem.
Apart from a skin care routine, an ideal diet is needed to keep you healthy and vibrant. In summer we loose body water through sweating. Unless you supply enough fluid to your body you will suffer from dehydration. Drink adequate water every day. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, yogurt everyday to keep your body cool.
