    Few Easy Tips To Get Healthy Skin

    Every one wants a smooth and radiant skin. But in today’s fast time there is hardly any time to take care of your skin. Here are few tips that may help you to get that without spending much time.

    The first thing of a skin care routine is taking everyday bath to keep your skin hydrated. But do not use extreme hot water in the time of bathing because hot water removes natural oil from your skin. Too much cold water is also bad for your skin. So use normal water to wash your skin. Always use mild soap to clean your skin. It is better to use natural product to remove dirt and oil from your skin.

    Natural product such as milk, chick pea paste etc. remove dirt without removing the natural oil. Exfoliation is must to remove dead cell from the outermost layer of the skin because accumulation of dead cell over the skin make it dull and lifeless. Moreover dead cell blocks the pores of the skin and creates acne and pimples. Shaving also helps to remove dead skin or cell from outer layer.

    But while shaving use shaving cream or foam to lubricate your skin. Always use a very sharp and clean razor to remove unwanted hair. After washing and shaving always use moisturizer. Massage a good quality moisturizer all over your body. Use special night cream over face and neck at night.

    Stay away from sun. Sun rays especially ultraviolet rays of the sun are harmful for skin. Sunrays do a great harm on skin. It not only burns our skin but also create untimely wrinkle on the skin. Avoid roaming in the outdoor at noon and afternoon when sun shines most. Wear long sleeved shirt and pants to cover maximum portion of your body. Do not forget to wear sun guard lotion at daytime.  To enhance the sun protection shield use umbrella, hat and dark tinged sunglasses.

    A good and balanced diet is necessary to keep your skin glowing. Drink adequate water everyday to flush out toxins and other bad products of your body. Increase the intake of other fluid also such as fruit juice, vegetable juice, soups, etc. Enough fluid protects your skin from getting dry. Add enough fruits and vegetables in your daily diet as they are a good source of minerals and vitamins.
