    Facial Exercises For The Perfect Face

    A great way to get a healthy and young appearance is forming fitness exercises with your face. The muscles present on our face are not attached to the bones like other skeletal muscles. On the contrary, these muscles are attached to our skin. With increase in our age, the facial muscles lose their elasticity and tone due to which our skin becomes wrinkled and starts sagging.

    Facial exercises are equally important both for old as well as young people. This is because irrespective of one’s age, their face is going to age some day and will require exercises to combat this condition. Facial exercises can even reduce puffiness in the eyes as well as discoloration of the eye. Not only this, it can even increase the overall glow of the skin. However, while doing these exercises, it is extremely important to understand your facial muscles and how they control the face. It is the work of these muscles that make us frown, scowl as well as smile along with all other expressions.

    Facial exercises are a great way of keeping the face healthy and youthful. Just 10 minutes of the day spent doing these exercises can avoid wrinkles from occurring as well as keep up your skin tone. Before starting, lubricate the entire skin with water or oil. To improve the muscle tone near the eyes, simple exercises such as partial winking of the eye and holding in that position can be quite effective. Perform this exercise fifty times a day.

    To improve the muscles of your mouth, the best kind of facial exercise is stretching. Place your fingers at the corners of your mouth and pull outwards. This exercise doesn’t overstretch the mouth but tightens the facial muscles and creates tension around the fingers. To tighten the neck muscles, tilt back your head to an angle of 30 degrees and while tilting press your tongue on the mouth’s roof. You will be able to feel the tension under the skin as well as in the neck muscles. Complete the exercise by tilting down the head. Repeat about 20 or 30 times daily to get tighter tone in neck muscles.

    Aging will surely bring sagging and wrinkles along with it. Therefore, taking care of the facial muscles is extremely important for which facial exercises are the most effective.
